| A demonstration of how flashover occurs in a room. The demonstration in conducted in a wood structure treated with FlameOut. Tests such as this are normally conducted in a concrete structure. The test was conducted to show that a properly treated wooden structure and contents treated with FlameOut will not allow flashover to occur. The left illustration is a FlameOut treated wooden structure and the contents are treated with FlameOut. The right illustration is a FlameOut treated structure with contents that are off the shelf furniture components that meet all state and federal regulations. | |
