DISPOSE OF SPILLED OR WASTE PRODUCT AND OTHER CONTAMINATED
MATERIALS IN A LICENSED LANDFILL, OR AS APPROPRIATE, BURN IN A
LICENSED INCINERATOR DESIGNED TO HANDLE HYDROGEN CHLORIDE AS A
PRODUCT OF COMBUSTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL
REGULATIONS.
