The contents of SPOT CHECK, when properly used on natural or synthetic fibers, will not harm any fabrics that water will not harm. It will not change the color or color fastness of most materials.
DIRECTIONS:
Shake vigorously before using. Thoroughly vacuum soiled areas
before using SPOT CHECK. Gently brush SPOT CHECK
cleaner into the nap. Let sit for 1 - 3 minutes for SPOT CHECK
to loosen the soil. Brush in an up and down and side to side
direction, wipe to transfer the soil with an absorbent clean dry
towels. Cleaned area will dry in about 30 minutes. If faster
drying is required, vacuum after this cleaning process. Vacuuming
will fluff the nap. Use on any durable fabric that can or cannot

SPOT CHECK IS AN EASY TO USE, ALL PURPOSE CARPET & FABRIC CLEANER
What it does.
Most carpets are more soiled in areas of frequent use. Spot
Check is designed specifically with these areas in mind to
remove stubborn stains and spots. Spot Check regenerates
the pliability of the carpet fibers. A helpful hint relative to
soil problems in high traffic areas: Vacuuming these areas daily,
will keep them free from ground in dirt, therefore you need not
clean these areas as often. Upholstered chairs will become soiled
on the arms and the head rest areas. Spot Check is also
specifically formulated for these problem areas.

Spot Check regenerates the pliability of the carpet fibers. Most steam cleaning methods leave a great deal of moisture in the carpet. Surface drying happens fairly quickly, but the moisture that is deep in the carpet fiber and backing remains for quite a while. This moisture attracts dirt and soil and is the reason it seems that your carpet gets dirty more quickly after it has been steam cleaned. Spot check reaches only the surface fibers and lifts the dirt out quickly. Gentle brushing and blotting of the fibers removes the dirt and helps to dry the carpet. Vacuuming immediately afterwards, also aids in the drying process. Try Spot Check today. DIRECTIONS
CONCENTRATE:
Add 1/2 ounce of concentrate to 16 ounces of water using the
empty Spot Check bottle provided. Place trigger sprayer on
bottle, tighten securely and shake well. Select the spray mode on
nozzle.
SHAKE VIGOROUSLY BEFORE USING:
Thoroughly vacuum soiled areas before using Spot Check. Gently
brush Spot Check Cleaner into the nap, let sit for 1-3 minutes
for Spot Check to loosen the soil. Brush and towel dry to
transfer the soil with absorbent, clean dry towels. Cleaned area
will dry in about 30 minutes. If faster drying is required,
vacuum after cleaning process. Vacuuming will fluff the nap. Use
on any durable fabric that can or cannot be machine washed.

STUBBORN CLEANING PROBLEMS:
If on the first application of the Spot Check Fabric and Carpet
Kleaner, the stained or soiled area is not totally clean, you may
re-apply Spot Check and repeat the cleaning procedure
USES
PET STAINS:
As everyone knows, urine and feces can leave unsightly
stains on your carpet and your upholstered furniture. By
following the directions on the Spot Check label, most
stains can be eliminated. You may need to repeat the cleaning
process to acquire the desired result. (If a
stain cannot be removed with Spot Check, the chances are it
cannot be removed with any cleaner.)
COFFEE OR TEA STAINS:
If an accident occurs, and coffee or tea is spilled on
your carpet or upholstered furniture, simply blot the area as dry
as possible, spray Spot Check directly on the affected
area and brush lightly. Wait 1 - 3 minutes and brush and blot
with a clean, dry towel. Repeat this process if necessary. If the
stain has been on the carpet or upholstery for a long time, you
may not be able to remove all the discoloration. Repeating the Spot
Check cleaning process will remove all possible stains.
HAIR OILS:
The areas on your upholstered furniture that people
rest their heads upon, become discolored due to hair oils and
hair sprays. Simply follow the directions on the Spot Check
label, and this unsightly discoloration disappears. You may need
to repeat the cleaning process to achieve desired results.
NOTES
Spot Check will not remove bleach stains or dyes. Bleach is not a stain. When bleach has been spilled on something that has color, that color is bleached out, the pigmentation removed, and cannot be changed by cleaning. Dyes are exactly what they say. A Dye means permanent. No amount of cleaning will remove a dye.
Don’t let anyone scrub or steam clean your
valuable carpet!
These cleaning processes break down the fibers and your carpet
will lose its fluffy soft appearance, and will wear out much
quicker. Approximately 25 gallons of hot water and detergent are
flushed through the average living room and hallway during the
steam cleaning process. The recovery rate is about 80%. This
leaves about 5-6 gallons of water and detergent in the carpet!
The carpet backing and padding are still wet through to the floor
(wooden floors have been ruined this way). Since carpet dries
from the Top down, the carpet pile will dry on the surface in a
matter of hours. But the water and detergent left in the pad and
on the floor is sealed from the air and can remain wet for
several weeks. Every time you walk on the carpet, this sealed
moisture is squished to the top like a sponge, and resoiling
occurs very quickly. Mildew and rot may also occur. By using Spot
Check on those areas where soiling and spots occur
quickly, you do not need to clean your entire carpet nearly as
often.
